Q. Is there a surcharge for paying with a credt card?
A. No we do not charge extra for credit card payments.
Q. Can we arrange to pick the goods up from your warehouse?
A. Sorry but no, as we are a ecommerce (internet based) business, we do not have premises that are open to the public, sorry.
Q. if we require an item you don't seem to stock, would it be possible to order it in?
A, Yes quite possibly. We deal with many of Europes largest distributors and do not offer on the website all the products that are available to us. Get in touch with any questions you have.
Q. Are your branded mobile phones (Nokia, Samsung etc) imported?
A. No, all our mobiles are UK supplied, UK specification, Sim free and unlocked from any network
Q. Can my items be shipped to a different address as it is a gift?
A. Sorry but due to fraud prevention we can only ship to the card holders address.
Q. What couriers do you use?
A. Royal Mail, Parcel Force, FedEx, DHL and UPS (dependant on item, size etc)
Q. Do you offer finance?
A. No, at the present time. This may well change in the near future though.
Will I be kept up to date with the progress of my order?
Yes, we will notify you as to when your order has been shipped and we will also give you a tracking number so you can track your order (when shipped via Fed Ex, UPS, DHL etc).
Do you deliver to Europe, or countries outside the UK?
Yes we do but only on the "iFone styled mobiles" and other selected items. Our standard delivery charge of £2.95 is ONLY for UK orders. If you are outside the mainland UK you can choose 'European Shipping' from the catagories on the left sife of the page. European shipping is just £7.95. Please make sure that you make payment with the correct option for Non Uk customers when you checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact us with the item details for the cost of shipping to your country.
